When we are busy with something interesting it's very easy to forget recommendations to make pauses while working with computer. But that's not a problem because Rest Pause Reminder will remind you about this.
There are two parameters to configure in Rest Pause Reminder:
-Interval between pauses - it's interval between ending of a pause and moment when Rest Pause Reminder will show next pause notification
-Minimal pause length - if you will try to get back to work too early Rest Pause Reminder will reopen pause notification until enough time will pass
